These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Accurate Scheduler (the "Service"), including our website, booking pages and dashboard. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
1. Your account
- You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account.
- Tell us straight away at support if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
2. Using the Service
- You may use the Service to manage appointments, staff, services and customers for your business.
- You must not misuse the Service, for example by sending spam, uploading malicious code, trying to access other accounts or breaking any law.
- We may suspend accounts that put the Service, other users or their customers at risk.
3. Your customers and content
- You keep ownership of the information you add to the Service, including customer details and booking data.
- You are responsible for having the right to collect and use your customers' information and for informing them how it is used.
- You give us permission to store and process that information only to provide the Service to you.
4. Plans, payments and renewals
- Some features are only available on paid plans. Plan limits (such as appointments and customers) are shown on the billing page.
- Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
- Payments collected from your customers through connected payment providers are subject to those providers' terms.
5. Availability and changes
- We work to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
- We may improve, change or remove features. If a change significantly affects you, we will tell you in advance where possible.
6. Cancellation
- You can stop using the Service at any time. You can ask us to delete your account by contacting support.
- We may close accounts that break these Terms.
7. Liability
- The Service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profit.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
